BASIC POLICIES FOR THE GOOD OF ALL

All gatherings are scent-free. Please do not wear any scented hand, hair or body products, including essential oils or anything considered “natural.”

Please do not come to the gathering if you are sick, have been exposed to, or have any symptoms of Covid-19. We ask that you refrain from coming to a gathering even if you’re at the beginning or end of a cold or flu.

Please leave pets and children at home. While we love both, we find them disruptive to our work. Please do not leave animals in your car while attending events.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESIDENTIAL RETREATS

If you are enrolled in a retreat, refunds or credits (less a $150 nonrefundable deposit) may be issued IF REQUESTED 90 OR MORE DAYS before the start of the retreat. After 90 days, refunds or credits (less a $150 nonrefundable deposit) can only be issued if your reservation is filled by someone else.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OTHER EVENTS

For half-day and full-day events, a credit may be issued for other programs IF REQUESTED 7 OR MORE DAYS before the start of the program. After 7 days, credit can only be issued if your reservation is filled by someone else. All cancellations and date changes are subject to a 20% fee. Credits expire 6 months from the date of the originally scheduled program.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Cancellations or date changes may be made up to 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the amount of time scheduled for your appointment.
